**This position reports to**:
Procurement Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Creating purchase order (PO) based on valid purchase requisition (PR) to support plant operations and project execution, clarifying PR requirements whenever is needed and creating PO to include special requirements for particular project
- Releasing PO to suppliers, managing order acknowledgement by suppliers and confirming delivery schedule to meet business requirements
- Being responsible for PO changes and rescheduling requested by P&F and project managers and clarifying new requirements between plant team and supplier to ensure the changes fulfilled and project delivered to meet customer needs
- Being responsible for overall PO execution and delivery for assigned suppliers, managing supplier OTD performance to meet business targets
- Maintaining SAP data, vendor master data creation, change and block & unblock
- Reporting SCM and administration
- Managing invoice issue and PO advance payment
- Handling all kinds of purchase related system and tools
**Your background**:
- Must be proficient with MS office and data analysis.
- Degree in Engineering - Economics
- Good at communications, English fluent both in writing and speaking
- Experienced in SAP/Oracle ERP system, supply chain management, analytical skills and data management is a plus
- Passionate and willing to take challenges
- Accountable and able to deliver result
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated and eager to Learn and drive changes
