**Job Purpose**:
Supporting the development of the project Tech Lab, a lab on Artificial Intelligence that aims at collecting AI solutions from Solution Providers, granting them a set of asset and services in order to grow the AI ecosystem of TD SYNNEX.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary point of contact for Tech Lab internal and external positioning
- Primary point of contact for Solution Providers that want to be included in Tech Lab
- Primary point of contact for all the TD SYNNEX Business Units involved in the project
- Responsible for the management and update of the Tech Lab Catalogue
- Responsible for lead generation activity on Tech Lab
- Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved
- Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
- Develop strong relationships with co-workers
- Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required
- To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets
