Per nostro cliente, leading advisory group italiano specializzato in operazioni di M&A, Corporate Finance & Debt advisory, stiamo ricercando una figura di:
VICE PRESIDENT M&A

**Responsabilità**:

- Gestione a tutto tondo dell’execution del deal di M&A: analisi economico/finanziarie, negoziazione e closing del deal;
- Supporto ad attività di origination di nuovi mandati;
- Coordinamento team di execution;
- Gestione della relazione con imprenditore, CFO e controparti.

**Profilo ideale**:

- 6/10 anni di esperienza con provenienza da boutique di M&A, Investment banking, o team di deal advisory delle big four con comprovato track record in ambito M&A generalista mid market;
- Laurea in discipline economico finanziarie;
- Spiccate doti commerciali e spirito imprenditoriale;
- Elevata attitudine relazionale e al team working;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
