**AI Demand Manager**:
Your role
**As a AI Demand Manager**: you will oversee and manage the demand for AI projects, utilizing existing processes for BI&A (Business Intelligence & Analytics) projects. This role will follow a structured two-phase approach to address both short-term and medium-term AI project needs while ensuring alignment with business goals and ethical considerations. The role will involve gathering, analyzing, and managing AI project requirements, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects follow the proper approval and engagement processes.
**Your challenges will include**:
**Demand Collection**: Collect AI project demand through the established BI&A survey process, ensuring the inclusion of AI-specific requirements. Work closely with requestors and functional teams to gather both short-term and medium-term AI project needs.
**Survey Coordination**: Organize survey meetings with the BI&A Engagement Team and functional Account Manager to discuss project scope and ensure the high-level functional scope is defined and approved.
**Ethical Approval**: Facilitate the approval process by the Ethics Committee, ensuring compliance with ethical standards for AI projects. Collaborate with the committee to integrate ethical considerations into project planning and execution.
Manage the assessment phase to clarify the scope and objectives of AI projects when functional requirements are unclear.
**Engagement Phase**: If functional requirements are clear, initiate the engagement phase, coordinating resources and teams for AI project implementation.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**: Act as a liaison between business leaders, functional teams, and technical departments to ensure successful AI project delivery.
**Project Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor the progress of AI projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in demand management, IT Business Partnering, preferably with a focus on AI, BI, or data analytics.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Experience with survey tools and demand management systems.
Familiarity with BI&A processes and tools (e.g., BI surveys, project scoping, and engagement methodologies).
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
Professional proficiency in English.
