We are looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist to be a part of our growing dynamic team based in Milan
The role
The Junior HR Operations Specialist is in charge of HR Administration & System support activities. The HR Operations Specialist will:

- Support employees with HR related queries and requests
- Maintaining employee database and personnel files
- Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Onboard new employees (including the preparation of new employment contracts)
- Assist in payroll preparation by processing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Assist in benefit management: prepare assignation letters, distribute Lunch Vouchers, order business cards, manage mobile phone providers
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (training for apprenticeship and safety, organize medical examination for new employees)

**Requirements**:
Our ideal HR Operations Specialist will have an academic background in HR/Law/Economics/Business administration and a strong desire to learn new topics. As well as:

- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (any other european language is considered a plus)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in both internal and external relationships
- Good Microsoft Office - Excel skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Communications skills

Working pattern and location
- 40 hours per week, Internship agreement
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid role from our Milan office
