**Internship - Sales Operations | Duration: 12 months**

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team in Italy for a 12-month part-time internship. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative international sales environment.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Support Account Managers (AM) and Account Executives (AE) in updating customer and prospect profiles and documentation within the Jaggaer Supplier Management tool
- Coordinate internal collaboration with Legal and Finance teams to meet deadlines for all opportunity-related activities
- Assist AMs in preparing service-only offers, including collecting content and drafting proposals
- Provide support for complex contract renewals
- Manage internal signature workflows using DocuSign
- Ensure timely receipt of purchase orders to enable accurate and timely invoices
- Support data entry and updates in Salesforce
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Position Requirements:

- Current university student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Administration, or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Availability to work for 12 months
