The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people leading to their own professional growth.**JOB PURPOSE**- He/ She will contribute to a Prada Group long-term and more sustainable growth, supporting in defining the sustainability strategy in alignment with the Company’s values, sustainability material aspects and main internal and external stakeholders’ expectations.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Periodic data collection of information on environmental and social aspects at Group level
- Coordination of the data collection process for the Group’s sustainability reporting
- Preparation of Group’s sustainability reporting
- Liaise with Financial reporting team
- Liaise with audit firm to undergo report’s assurance activities
- Liaise with corporate communication team and agencies in order to publish sustainability report
- Continuous update on regulatory developments in sustainability reporting
- Support sustainability senior management in internal and external stakeholder engagement

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Significant experience (5/7 years) in coordinating and managing Sustainability and ESG projects at corporate level- Consolidated experience in sustainability reporting - voluntary reports and/or non-financial statements (ex. D.lgs 254/2016) - collecting and processing non-financial (environmental and social) data- Good knowledge of GRI standards, of current and future laws and regulations related to CSR requirements, as well as of industry and cross-industry best practices- Experience in defining and implementing corporate sustainability strategies, ESG risks, and ESG policies development- Experience of ESG rating processes including performance improvement- Experience in preparing effective reporting package on sustainability-related issues for internal communication and presentation to the Top Management- Used to prepare Budgets and Forecast updates
