**To strengthen our Team for our Southern European Region, we are looking for an eager and enthusiastic Office Administration Coordinator based in our office in Milan, Italy. Our Southern European region consist of the countries Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Cyprus, with its HQ in Milan.**:
**Who are we looking for?**
The Office Admin. coordinator is a new role within ECCO. You will perform all duties related to business analysis and keeping the (HR) administration up to date. You are a specialist in reporting and administration, making sure all data is complete.
Your role is to support in all daily activities and assist the General Manager in providing reporting, analysis, processes and documents.
The South region consists out of the following countries; Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Malta and Cyprus
**Key responsibilities**
The Office Admin Coordinator is responsible for providing business related reports and analysis and to take care of (HR) Admin operations and the support of the General Manager South.
Stakeholders in this role are mainly the General Manager, line managers and all staff members of the dedicated markets and departments located in the South Region.
**Tasks and day to day business**
Admin and analysis
- Provide daily and weekly sales performance reports for direct stores and wholesale customers (using standard and new reports)
- Review delivery schedule for wholesale and support on an update monthly forecasts
- Reporting and business analysis requested
- Up to date Budget spending situation
- Support the sales team in reviewing seasonal plans and provide analysis for wholesale customers
Provide HR Support to General Manager
- Handling all administrative actions related to payroll and HR; maintain and update employee/personnel records, process documentation,
- Compose and type letters and correspondence related to human resources programs and activities
- Work closely with payroll providers to prepare payroll input and verification of payslips
- Perform APR’S and employee surveys
- Handling HR-related queries from SMs/employees
**Your profile**
Education : practical level of thinking and working, bachelor/master is a plus
Experience: 3+ years of Analysis and Administrative experience
Knowledge of labour legislation and international labour law is a plus
Used to working in a fast paced environment
English both written and spoken fluently.
Spanish, French or Portuguese spoken and written are a plus
