**Posizione**:
**RE:LAB** is seeking a qualified professional to join a Quality team in the role of Perceived Quality - Appearance Quality.

In this position, you will be tasked with establishing and attaining aesthetic targets for new vehicles based on benchmarking and insights from customer data.

Your responsibilities will involve evaluating and communicating the status of projects, as well as driving the resolution of any identified issues.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve desired perceived quality attributes related to the appearance of automotive interiors and exteriors.
- Document and leverage findings to communicate appearance standards, evaluations, and improvement initiatives.
- Investigate, identify, and analyze appearance-related issues or concerns, collaborating with a cross-functional team to determine root causes and implement improved outcomes to achieve the desired appearance.
- Report and relay expectations to various stakeholders using appropriate communication channels.
- Explore and identify new technologies, materials, features, solutions, and trends that could enhance perceived appearance quality through benchmarking, customer insights, supplier interactions, etc.

**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications**
- Degree Qualified in relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Human Factor, Design)
- Deep understanding of factors that influence perceived quality
- Familiarity with Human Factors
- Empathy for the customer / end-user

Work Organization

Full Time

Hybrid.
