**HEAD OF IT PLM SERVICES (W/M/D)**:
Du wirst **Teil des weltweiten IT-Managementteams** der HTI Gruppe und arbeitest an der **Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategie** mit. Gemeinsam mit den Leitern der verschiedenen technischen Büros unserer Unternehmen, deren Key Usern und deinem Team erarbeitest du das IT-Konzept für den Bereich **Product-Lifecycle-Management**und leitest dessen Umsetzung. Hierfür verfolgst du kontinuierlich die **methodischen und technischen Entwicklungen**und **bewertest deren Potenzial** zur Verbesserung der Performance, Verfügbarkeit, Qualität, Effizienz, Sicherheit und Kostenstruktur. Gleichzeitig bildest du auch unser internationales Serviceteam entsprechend weiter, nützt die besten Lieferanten des Sektors und führst ein striktes Lizenzmanagement sowie Budgetcontrolling.

Du bist eine **vorausschauende Führungspersönlichkeit**mit guter Kenntnis und Erfahrung im **PLM Management**und moderner** Engineeringmethodik.**Du kannst Menschen begeistern und dich zeichnen starkes** strategisches Denken, kulturelle Offenheit**und eine** lösungsorientierte Kommunikation** aus.
