We are now looking for a CRM INTELLIGENCE JUNIOR SPECIALIST based in MILAN (hybrid).

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Define and execute analysis and reports to provide to CRM Department and other Stakeholders with insights on Clients and on Valentino’s products
Improve and Evolve Valentino Client’s Segmentations leveraging on Omnichannel Customer view in collaboration with Omnichannel CRM
Conduct routine audits of reports and databases to ensure data quality (SAP-BW, SAP-BO, SAP-CRM, QLIK);
Improve database query for business purposes (i.e. drawing new queries/reports);
Work with IT teams to manage CRM customer database, including integration of new data elements and solutions to support new project and initiatives;
Ensure database compliance with applicable law (i.e. Privacy);
Work with other Departments to find synergy on new KPI’s definition and spreading on the systems
Prepare business documents and presentations for upper management and executives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
University Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other quantitative fileds is preferred
Proficiency with the Office suite, Excel and Power Point in particular
Fluent in English and Italian
