- Imparerai a conoscere il **tuo staff ed a svilupparne il potenziale.**

Sei tu se:

- Hai un’esperienza nel ruolo di **almeno 1 anno,** meglio se in catene di fast casual;
- Hai una **naturale passione per le relazioni con le persone**, sei raggiante e gentile;
- Parli correttamente l'**inglese.**
