**Discover the role**
TMF Payroll Italy performs activities related to payroll service providing for clients. The HR&P Supervisor supports the company to achieve the company goals, working in compliance with all TMF procedures and standards. The Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and guiding the team, delighting our clients, as well as optimizing processes and systems supporting the growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading a team of Specialists
- Directs and oversees payroll supporting the Payroll Manager
- Sets up new clients and on board them
- Reviews payroll submissions and ensures proper disbursement of earnings and tax amounts
- Maintains statistical payroll information for use in decision making and expense control
- Implements quality control measures and process improvement
- Supervises coaches and assists employees of all levels
- Oversees compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
- Acting as back-up for the salary productions
- Conducting meetings and conference calls with clients
- Checks accuracy of employee time reporting and workload
**About You**
- Advanced knowledge of English (B2/C1)
- Proven experience of managing a team
- Proven experience of managing new clients
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Degree in Law and/or Economics
- 8+ years’ experience in similar organizations
- Clear communication skills
- Deep knowledge of different Payslips’ Systems
- Extensive knowledge of Italian Labour Law
- Problem solving attitude

- Engages and builds credibility with influential individuals both internally and externally

- Will delegate work across the team as appropriate
