VAKUUTUSMEKLARITOIMINNAN ASSISTENTTI

Assistenttimme on jatkamassa urapolkua Aonin sisällä toisiin tehtäviin, joten uudelle henkilölle avautui mahdollisuus päästä näköalapaikalle yrityksessämme.

Assistentti on vastannut monipuolisista back office -tehtävistä, kuten vakuutuskirjojen ja -laskujen käsittelystä, kokous
- ja matkajärjestelyistä, vieraiden ja vaihdepuhelujen vastaanotosta sekä tarviketilauksista. Lisäksi hän on toiminut yhteyshenkilönä talon sisäisissä asioissa.

Olet hakemamme osaaja, jos
- olet palveluhenkinen ja toimeen tarttuva.
- sinulla on hyvät kommunikointitaidot ja toimit joustavasti muuttuvissa tilanteissa.
- omaat huolellisen ja tarkan työotteen.
- sinulla on kaupallinen koulutus.
- tulet päivittäisissä työtilanteissa hyvin toimeen suomen ja englannin kielellä
- käytät sujuvasti MS Office -työkaluja ja omaksut nopeasti uusia IT-ohjelmistoja (CRM ja globaalin yhtiön omia järjestelmiä).

We are looking for an insurance brokerage assistant for a permanent position.

**Insurance brokerage assistant**:
Our assistant is continuing her career path within Aon to other positions, so a new person had the opportunity to get a vantage point in our company.

The assistant has been responsible for a wide range of back office tasks, such as handling insurance policies and bills, meeting and travel arrangements, receiving guests and switchboard calls, and ordering supplies. In addition, she has acted as a contact person in internal matters.

You are the expert we are looking for if:

- You are service-minded and contagious.
- You have good interpersonal skills and act flexibly in changing situations.
- You have a careful and detailed approach to work.
- You have a commercial education.
- You get along well in daily work situations in Finnish and English
- You are proficient in MS Office tools and quickly embrace new IT software (CRM and the global company's own systems).
