**IT Engineering Applications Expert**:
As our **IT Engineering Applications Expert**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing IT-supported processes that guide a product from **initial idea to market launch**. You’ll connect engineering, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure seamless data flow, efficient workflows, and powerful system integration—helping us deliver products **faster, smarter, and more collaboratively**.

**Your responsibilities**:
**Drive Product Lifecycle Excellence**
- Design, configure, and maintain IT-enabled processes across **NPI, product development, RFQ, and launch readiness**.
- Ensure workflows capture **both technical and commercial insights**, creating one source of truth for all teams.
- Standardize procedures to empower engineering and commercial teams with **accurate, actionable information**.

**Integrate & Optimize Systems**
- Connect engineering tools (CAD, PLM, simulation software) with **ERP, CRM, and commercial platforms**.
- Enable smooth interoperability for **quotation tools, customer portals, and engineering databases**.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to maintain **data integrity, uptime, and secure access** for all stakeholders.

**Collaborate Across Teams**
- Act as the **bridge between engineering, R&D, commercial, and IT teams**.
- Translate technical and business requirements into **effective IT solutions**.
- Provide training and support to ensure **smooth adoption of systems** across the organization.

**Leverage Data for Insights**
- Maintain a **centralized repository of product and customer data** that’s reliable and accessible.
- Build **dashboards** to track RFQ status, development progress, launch readiness, and team alignment.
- Monitor KPIs to improve **speed, accuracy, and efficiency** across the product lifecycle.

**Champion Continuous Improvement**
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend **process improvements or automation**.
- Benchmark processes against industry standards to optimize both technical and commercial operations.
- Support change management initiatives when **introducing new systems or upgrades**.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting **product lifecycle processes** in technical and commercial environments.
- Hands-on experience integrating **PLM, ERP, CAD, and CRM systems**.
- Deep understanding of **engineering and commercial workflows**.
- Familiarity with **Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies**.
- Knowledge of **ISO/TS quality management systems** is a plus.
- Skilled in **system integration, workflow configuration, process mapping, lifecycle tracking, and change management**.
- Strong grasp of **NPI, RFQ, and go-to-market processes**.
- Understanding of **commercial quoting, pricing, and sales pipelines**.
- Exceptional **cross-departmental communication**, analytical skills, and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
