**Role accountabilities**:

- **Environmental Due Diligences**:

- Identification of potential environmental liabilities due to past and current activities, including definition of corrective actions to meet legislative requirements and associated costs, mainly in the frame of pre-acquisition, merge and divestiture projects of commercial and industrial sites.
- Compliance audits aimed at assessing environmental, health and safety compliance against local legislation, internal clients and European standards.
- EHS consulting services.
- Development and implementation of EHS integrated management systems.
- Development and implementation of legal tracking systems, EHS training.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **At least 5 years of experience **in EHS Due Diligences, EHS Compliance Audits and related consultancy services.
- **Studies**: Degree in Engineering, Geology or Environmental Sciences.
- An **excellent English **(C1) level.
- Knowledge of current Italian legislation framework regarding environmental and H&S requirements.
- Knowledge and Risk Assessment of Organizational Management systems according to Lgs.D. 231/2001.
- Development, implementation, and auditing of Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Safety (ISO 45001) Management Systems.
- Excellent abilities of analysis and synthesis.
- Excellent relationship skills and teamwork attitude.
- **Availability to travel **in Italy and abroad.
