We are now looking for a **Offering Specialist - Global Large Power **to join our team in **Bologna, Italy.
The **Offering Specialist **is responsible for supporting Offering Managers to ensure achievement of key objectives and performance indicators of the Large Power offerings. This position is also responsible for market trend analysis, data analysis, creation and management of offering-related materials that support a variety Go-to-Market initiatives and the development of requirements for new features and product.

**What will you do in our team?**
- Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry standards, technology developments;
- Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarking to depict the competitive landscape;
- Maintain customer-facing offering documentation and marketing collaterals;
- Ensure on-going accuracy and consistency of market-facing information and materials, including alignment with current go-to-market strategies across all related deliverables;
- Support regional marketing programs to address market opportunities and customer needs;
- Provide offering information to customers, Sales, Customer Service, Application Engineering and Academy;
- Create Sales facing order configuration forms, in partnership with Application Engineering and ETO teams;
- Maintain price book, support pricing analyses in response to special pricing requests;
- Perform offering cost and gross margin analysis for specific projects;
- Support in business case creation and definition of requirements for the engineering team;
- Support the OMs in the entirety of the offering lifecycle including, ideation, planning, MRS definition, NPDI process, launch, sustaining, and End of Life;
- Respond to customer requests for Offering proposals and changes, working with cross-functional teams and GBU;
- Supports offering-based market introductions and all related deliverables;
- Develop and track metrics to measure post-launch sales performance of new offerings;
- Develop and maintain offering information database;
- Assist in championing resolution of offering issues (i.e. delivery, quality, inventory);
- Attend tradeshows, visit customers, meet with partners, sales team, and other key stakeholders to ensure an accurate voice of customer is heard in all product plans.

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred;
- Excellent communications skills in English, written & verbal - Italian a plus;
- 2+ years technical, product/service support, strategic planning or directly related experience;
- Ability to facilitate positive and effective cross-functional relationships across multiple LOBs, the GBU and geographic locations;
- Experience with 3-phase UPS, power distribution, or static transfer switch systems is preferred;
- Project management skills;
