Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

In this role you will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, manage commercial activities, and contribute to sales plans. Collaborate on defining strategies and may join specialized product teams.

As a Service Commercial Manager - OPEX, you will be responsible for:

- Engaging with global commercial, sales, and product leaders in OPEX CoE. (Center of Excellence)
- Developing and negotiating commercial proposals, ensuring compliance and comparative pricing.
- Managing contracts, pricing, and tender documentation according to Company standards.
- Navigating ever-changing, complex markets and coordinate interdisciplinary sales teams.
- Understanding customers, market dynamics, and utilize analytics to drive decisions, and uphold Company values.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's with experience in commercial/sales roles, mechanical engineer or technical background would be advantageous.
- Be proficient in written and spoken Italian and English, additional language capability would be an added benefit.
- Have exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, adept at multitasking.
- Have an inclusive mindset, excelling in multicultural teams and have willingness to travel.
