**TECNICO DIMOSTRATORE PANIFICAZIONE E PASTICCERIA & COORDINATORE INNOVATION CENTER TORINO**

**OBIETTIVO**
**DEL RUOLO**

**Sviluppare le Business Unit di riferimento (Panificazione, Pasticceria e Cioccolato), e garantire un efficace ed efficiente coordinamento di tutte le attività connesse allo sviluppo dell’Innovation Center di Mazzè (TO) come strumento di vendita e di comunicazione.**

In particolare:

- Creare ricette e concetti, in collaborazione con Marketing e Sales e contribuire, insieme a R&D, allo sviluppo dei prodotti
- Dimostrare la qualità e i vantaggi dei prodotti ai clienti, anche promuovendoli con un approccio in linea alla strategia del Gruppo
- Organizzare le iniziative presso l’Innovation Center (risorse, figure coinvolte, materiali etc..) oltre ad assicurarne pulizia, ordine e consumo efficiente di ingredienti e materie prime

**CONTENUTI DEL RUOLO**
- **Dimostrare la qualità dei prodotti Puratos**, garantendo al cliente la **preparazione di prodotti finiti** ad alto livello di qualità
- Partecipare agli **eventi** organizzati dall’Azienda e/o dai partner
- Dare **consigli tecnici** sul processo di sviluppo dei prodotti e il positioning della gamma, insieme ai dipartimenti R&D e Marketing.
- Contribuire al processo di **creazione dell’immagine Corporate** seguendo e implementando i trends (immagini, brochures, confezionamento,)
- **Formare i colleghi, clienti e venditori** nella conoscenza/utilizzo dei prodotti
- Sviluppare un **alto livello di creatività** nel lavoro quotidiano
- Adoperarsi per sviluppare una adeguata **conoscenza del mercato e dei clienti**

**REQUISITI**
- Titolo di Studi: Diploma in Scienze Gastronomiche/Scuola Alberghiera/Scuola di Cucina con specializzazione Panificazione - Pasticceria
- Esperienza**:almeno 2 anni su ruoli di Tecnico Dimostratore** di aziende alimentari strutturate e/o di Pasticcere-Panificatore autonomo
- Lingue**:Italiano + Inglese**:

- **Piena disponibilità** a **frequenti trasferte** sul territorio nazionale (ed internazionale, ove necessario)
- Altri requisiti**:passione per la Pasticceria** **- Panificazione, **ottime capacità comunicative, flessibilità e spirito di adattamento, precisione, affidabilità
