Emea Project and Process Improvement Lead

As EMEA Project and Process Improvement Lead you will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain Project and Process Improvement Management organization in EMEA. This position must drive engagement with the team, while implementing sound strategies and coordination of projects for all business units in the Industrial Segment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage SC IS to elevate and improve the overall compliance to needs.
- Liaise with the EMEA Industrial Segment Supply Chain functions and sub-functions in order to enable process improvement and standardization.
- Lead and support on the implementation of robust processes that will drive to an enhanced Supply Chain performance.
- Standardize the KPI's for Supply Chain within the region in alignment with PPG's strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the similar positions in the other regions for the Industrial Segment to elevate practices and implement global standards.
- Support all sub-functions in Supply Chain with project management, including acquisitions.
- Lead project tracking and management of processes/tools/catalog, including the use of MINITAB.
- Coordination and support of LSS (Lean Six Sigma) initiatives in Supply Chain, collaborating closely with LSS coordinator for the Industrial Segment.
- Provide analytical support to the sub-functions.
- Have a pipeline with IT for improvement tools and the development of Power BI Tools for the Supply Chain.
- Drive improvement and efficiency gains in the processes using advanced analytics with support from the analytics team.
- Partner with the Strategic Business Development team towards optimizing the footprint of the organization.
- Handle and develop the Project and Process Management team through PPG’s Performance and Leadership Planning process.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of learning experience managing/leading a team.
- Outstanding working knowledge in Project Management and Process Improvement
- A BS/BA Degree (computer science, data science, engineering, finance, supply chain, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in statistical analytics
- Strong communication / presentation skills. Problem solving
- Outstanding interpersonal relationships
- Understanding of project management metrics
- Flexibility to travel (up to 25%)
- APICS / Green Belt would be a plus
- Proficient English
