The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing all the company’s social channels. These include all the main social media - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube - as well as relevant online communities (such as Reddit) or reviews platforms (such as TrustPilot).

The social media specialist interacts with influencers and agencies for promotional initiatives about the brand and the product. He/she is also responsible for executing paid campaigns through social media.

**What you’ll do***:

- Scheduling and publishing posts on the main social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok)
- Daily monitoring of all social channels and mentions on the web (comments, reviews, direct mentions, sub-Reddits, etc.)
- Publishing videos on YouTube
- Managing paid campaigns on the major social media
- Actively looking for influencers and/or agencies to run promotional activities and sponsored posts
- Actively looking for ways to stand out on social media and jump on new trends that may match Fing communication strategy
- Brainstorming creative ideas to engage followers
- Answer relevant reviews on Play Store, App Store, Microsoft Store, TrustPilot
- Reporting KPIs and statistics about social media performances
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to evaluate new opportunities and activities
- Collaborate with the creatives to produce new graphic assets and video
- Collaborate with the Support Team to handle community feedback

**We’re looking for someone who has/is**:

- 3 years of experience in social media management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Knowledge of the leading social media, with a deep understanding of their audience and tone of voice
- Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Copywriting skills
- Experience in B2C marketing and communication
- Experience with Facebook Ads or other social media advertising platforms
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Interest in the tech world
- Located in Rome or nearby

**Bonus points**
- Knowledge of graphic design tools
- Knowledge of Reddit
