The Kings & Queens Leagues are exciting competitions that seamlessly merge sport and entertainment in a very creative way. With renowned content creators as club presidents, we propose to play sports with new and disruptive rules, all streamed live on social media.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Cash Flow Planning: Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Perform liquidity projections and coordinate actions to ensure sufficiency of funds.
- Collaborate with our advisors' accounting team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records associated with treasury and collections operations.
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with multiple banking institutions.
- Oversee the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts as needed.
- Evaluate and propose low-risk investment strategies to maximize returns on surplus cash.
- Develop efficient accounts receivable recovery strategies.Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems, with a focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Identify opportunities for the automation of financial and collection processes, leading the implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with financial institutions for banking services and investments.
- Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum proven experience of 10 years in a similar position in treasury and collections roles.
- Experience managing multiple bank accounts and banking relationships.
- Proficient in computer tools and accounting/financial software.
- Proficient in English
- Vision and orientation to objectives and results
- Resolute, responsible and autonomous person.
