**BVX Community Manager**:
OTB is an international fashion group, powering a range of global, unconventional brands, including Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor&Rolf, and Jil Sander. The group also controls and manages the Staff International and Brave Kid companies, and holds a minority investment in L.A. brand Amiri. OTB embodies the brave, innovative and unapologetic spirit and vision of its founder and president Renzo Rosso, who disrupted the world of fashion with an open-minded, highly creative mentality, aimed at “building not the biggest, but the most alternative fashion group,” as he stated. As its name suggests, - OTB stands for “Only The Brave”.

We are looking for a Community Manager totally dedicated to all our ongoing projects in the fast moving market of NFTs and Metaverse.

The Community Manager will help all brands of our OTB Group to build, manage and nurture our global and brave NFT community. She/He will have a direct impact on the health of the community on a daily basis. She/He will be involved in various responsibilities such as community communications, supporting them via Discord, Twitter and other social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise and develop strategies aimed at accelerating growth in the community
- Engage with Crypto and NFT communities daily through Discord and Twitter, in a way that builds brand awareness, sense of community and hype
- Attract new users to the Community
- Record and share the community’s feedback and opinions with the team
- Identify power users and influential members
- Identify, hire, and manage community-led moderators
- Track community sentiment and provide actionable reports and recommendations
- Respond to user questions, comments, and concerns in a timely manner
- Enforce strict community rules, identify and remove bots
- Help build social/community measurement, attribution, and modeling

**Key Requirements**
- A passion for crypto, metaverse, gaming, NFTs and NFT Culture
- Active member in relevant NFT communities
- Proven record of NFT community management, engagement and building
- Excellent experience with Discord and Twitter
- Goal driven and achievement mentality
- Experience with digital and in-person event planning
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills
- Pro-active and able to show initiative and deliver ideas
- Genuine passion for luxury and fashion world
- Copy writing skills
- English spoken and written is mandatory
- Italian spoken is a plus
