Il nostro Cliente è una start up innovativa con Head Quarter a Milano e diverse sedi in Europa che si posiziona tra i player di fornitori del mondo energetico
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Head of Opertions.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Supportare lo sviluppo e la manutenzione dei processi operativi aziendali;
- Seguire le fasi di monitoraggio e di analisi dei principali KPI dei processi operativi;
- Collaborare con il Country Manager per la gestione del rapporto con gli stakeholder (fornitori, partner, uffici di holding, etc.);
- Contribuire allo sviluppo e alla messa a terra di progetti ad hoc, soprattutto a tema IT;
- Cooperare con il Country Manager per la gestione delle situazioni di crisi e/o di emergenza.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea in Economia e/o Business Administration e/o similari;
- Esperienza di almeno 3 annimaturata in una società privata;
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, Word e Power Point);
- Plus: esperienza nel settore energy e/o in start up digital, buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Spirito d’iniziativa e proattività per gestire più argomenti contemporaneamente;
- Capacità di lavorare sotto stress;
Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato
