**L’hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Roma Monti, facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, ricerca un/una Head Chef** che, in forte sinergia con il Food & Beverage Manager gestirà una cucina a servizio di più outlet.

**A diretto riporto del F&B Manager ti occuperai di**:

- Assicurare la corretta applicazione e il miglioramento degli standard qualitativi previsti e delle procedure operative definite
- Proporre l’implementazione di nuove offerte in termini di prodotti, menù, iniziative promozionali, in sinergia con il F&B Manager, la Direzione e con gli uffici di sede del Gruppo
- Operativamente presente, pronto a supportare il business
- Monitorare i costi in linea con i KPI aziendali
- Gestire, motivare e formare la propria brigata
- Costante monitoraggio dei feedback rilasciati direttamente o sui vari canali Social/Otas dagli Ospiti.

**Chi cerchiamo**:
Persone appassionate per la gastronomia e con grande creatività, curiose, che si tengano aggiornate sulle tendenze gastronomiche attuali
Persone disponibili, flessibili con forti doti di leadership e capacità organizzative e di comunicazione, capaci di gestire una brigata
Richiediamo esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni in strutture della stessa categoria, e preferibilmente la conoscenza della lingua inglese oltre ad un'esperienza professionale svolta anche all'estero.

Contratto a tempo determinato iniziale 1 anno a scopo stabilizzazione

Maggiorazioni aggiuntive per le ore lavorate di sabato e domenica e indennità per le settimane lavorate su 6 giorni
