Partecipa alla selezione per un nuovo programma di formazione per l’apprendimento dei processi produttivi del plant presso il Bridgestone Technical Center Europe nella sede di Castel Romano. Avrai l’opportunità di svolgere un tirocinio di 3 mesi altamente formativo, dove entrerai in contatto con ingegneri ed esperti del settore della ricerca e sviluppo di pneumatici e imparerai tutto sui diversi aspetti legati alla produzione dello pneumatico. Cosa offriamo? Durante il programma, vivrai un percorso formativo sulle seguenti tematiche: - Salute e sicurezza; - Sviluppo e materiali dello pneumatico; - Introduzione ai processi e alle funzioni del plant; - Formazione con certificazione finale per la guida del carrello elevatore; - Qualità nei processi produttivi; - Training on the job sull’utilizzo delle macchine del plant; Alla fine del tirocinio, potrai partecipare alla selezione per poter entrare a far parte dell’organico degli operatori del plant.
