To strengthen our Drive Test Railway and Mission Critical team, we are looking for a Product Manager. In a software creating company, you will support the definition and development of solutions to help operators deploy, validate and test their network. Duties & Responsibilities: To strengthen our Drive Test Railway and Mission Critical team, we are looking for a Product Manager. In a software creating company, you will support the definition and development of solutions to help operators deploy, validate and test their network. You- Are comfortable with customers and users’ needs, understanding and with demonstration.- Have strong skills in engineering, management and operations of GSM-R and MCX networks.- Have a taste for 2G, 4G, 5G technologies as well as MCX and Subset for Mission Critical and railway environments.- Are keen on writing User stories, documentation.- Are a graduate of an engineering school or equivalent.- Are fluent in English and Italian. French is an additional benefit. Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: - Writing technical documentation.- Writing system specifications based on 3GPP standards.- Technical support to SW developers for telecommunications products: - Frontend - UX/UI design.- Backend - KPIs, formulas.- Knowledge in 2G/4G/ 5G NSA / SA architectures.- KPI definition, analysis and troubleshooting of mobile network performance.- Analysis of diagnostic systems for mobile radio networks (for the railway sector).- Drive test analysis of GSM/GSM-R /LTE/NR technologies and network troubleshooting.- Knowledge of QXDM, QPTS and Amarisoft Network emulators.- Modem: AT commands and Diagnostic interface.- Rohde & Schwarz: Scanner.- ERTMS/FRMCS Systems. Soft Skills: - Public Speaking.- Ability to work independently: learned over the years of work experience.- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new activities.- Organization and time management.- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new activities.- Availability to travel.
