We are looking for an intern who will support the Business Process & IT Department for at least 6 months. In this role, you will be supporting the IT team that strives to build improved business capabilities for the Group, with your ability to narrate complex change management stories in a compelling and straightforward manner.

This internship will give you an overview of the Business Processes & Information Technology projects currently running in our Group, in the context of a business-strategic evolution. During your internship, you will have the possibility to learn how we monitor and communicate the work we do within the company, from collecting insights to integrating our KPIs with various tools and communication channels.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Help in the planning, execution and communication of IT projects (agenda management, minute-taking, preparation of meetings)
- Support of the communication on the progress of Business Processes & IT strategy by preparing engaging presentations, tracking KPIs and publishing updates on the intranet
- Support in the collection of relevant information and insights in order to implement a fact-driven communication strategy
- Assist the Business Process & IT department in various projects and activities (organize team building activities)

**Profile**
- University student or degree in Economics, Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Curiosity about complex and dynamic business transformation processes
- Skills and passion for content creation and communication
- Passion for technology and sports
- Fluent English and Italian skills
