**What you'll work on**
- Designs, builds, and maintains Arduino's digital advertising plan.
- Support the Marketing management team in defining the yearly digital advertising budget.
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) and delivers periodic and custom reports.
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
**What you bring**
- 5-6+ year of experience in digital ads (Google, Meta, Amazon) managing complex adv campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret marketing performance metrics
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Segment, Hotjar)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines
- Result-driven attitude, capability of constant monitoring relevant KPIs
- Self-motivation and customer-focus
- Proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Ability to work in a team and continuous learning attitude
- Native/Fluent both in English and Italian

- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Experience in managing processes
- Experience in copywriting, writing professional copy and marketing claims
- Working experience in supporting technology brands
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
