**JOB PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, you will be part of the Quality department of Burberry Manifattura and is responsible for all activities of operational quality control inspections of leather goods manufactured by our internal subcontractors and vendors.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the internal finishing department
- Manage and coordinate activities of the Quality Control team
- Planning inspections activities to vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure any problems on the bags are identified and defect resolutions are engaged
- Perform field inspection and quality validation
- Ensure quality and acceptance level definition and alignments within the team and across manufacturing
- Define and follow-up corrective action plans based on inspections
- Coordinate with Central Quality Analyst for data collection and KPI assessment #L1-CA1

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- High school diploma is requested (Technician school of leather goods is preferred)
- Experience working within leather goods
- Problem solving capability
- Experience with technical auditing of leather goods
- Knowledge of all processes in the creation of a luxury bag
- Knowledge of manufacturing process
- Fluent English proficiency
- Computer literate (Office, ERP, PLM)
