**Position Snapshot**

- Temporary contract (6 months)

- Fluent in Italian and advanced in English (is a must); knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Enthusiast about exporting our Italian and French Premium Brands around the world

**Position Summary**

You will be the ambassador of our Italian and French Premium Brands, actively promoting their growth by working closely with key markets and distributors. You will collaborate to ensure strategic alignment between the global business objectives and the specific needs of the markets. Additionally, you will promote flawless execution of initiatives internally, working effectively within critical functions.

**A day in the life of a Sales Development Specialist**
- Collaborate with and inspire markets to ensure that Italian and French Brands are valorized through premium plans
- Ensure global brand plans are cascaded and adapted to local needs through Integrated Commercial Plan process. Track results and share learnings
- Continuously source and share category and business developments (trends, initiatives and competitive actions) within the assigned markets, to assess opportunities for our Premium Brands
- Support new product/range introduction in each market leveraging Business Justification process
- Secure strong networking with the markets, build trust and foster cross-fertilization
- Ensure adherence to all Group principles and policies

**What will make you successful**
- Curiosity in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales, preferably within an international organization.
- Interest in the Beverage or FMCG category
- Great Relational, Communication and Presentation skills, spoken and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills - must adhere to deadlines, multitask and be able to prioritize
- Team player who values cross-functional collaboration
