**Ricerca Site Manager/Supervisore Meccanico**

Importante azienda americana è alla ricerca di un Site Manager / Supervisore meccanico in grado di condurre, gestire e coordinare tutte le attività connesse al montaggio di nuovi impianti, manutenzione, installazione e gestione degli impianti e macchine ivi installate prevalentemente all’estero.
- Responsabilità principali_
- Coordinamento delle attività di cantiere
- Gestione e monitoraggio delle squadre di tecnici meccanici
- Identificazione tempestiva di guasti e pianificazione degli interventi di riparazione
- Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e degli standard qualitativi
- Collaborazione con altri reparti per il miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi
- Requisiti richiesti_
- Esperienza consolidata come supervisore meccanico
- Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico/meccanico
- Capacità di leadership e gestione del personale
- Ottime competenze di problem solving e organizzazione
- Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro
- Conoscenza dei programmi AutoCad, Excel, Word e Project
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e flessibilità oraria
- Disponibilità a trasferte anche per lungo termine prevalentemente nel Continente Americano, Asiatico ed Europeo
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta) e preferibilmente di un’altra lingua straniera
- Offriamo_

Retribuzione: €3.000,00 - €8.000,00 al mese
