ING Bank Italy is looking for a HR Administration Stageur who will join the HR Department in our Office in Milan.

You will have the chance to work in an international environment, getting the chance to experience the HR operational transformation, from a digital and organizational perspective.

More specifically, you will give your contribution and support within the following areas:

- Implementation of a Digital Signature/Documentation process: you will need to explore the functionalities of the current technological platform, and taking in consideration the project needs, to propose insights for extending the use to our technical and organization activities, developing e.g. processes SLA/rules of engagement/roles & responsibilities; you will also follow the related internal Risk assessment in cooperation with Legal, Risk and DPO Departments, in order to arrive at a full working implementation
- Implementation of a New Orga Chart Tool: you will provide support within the project, from “building/evolving the database”, “contract management” needs, as well as ensuring positive usability from and employee experience perspective
- Driving HR Big Data: you will need to explore the functioning of the current HRM platform, and considering the overall requirements, to support the evolving needs of the various departments within HR in order to drive forward required activities form a data perspective as well as the creation of further HR metrics
- HR Admin Services: you will provide support in the organizational analysis of key areas within the HR Administration arena, in order to promote e.g. operational efficiencies within processes, data driven drivers, new internal procedures

In addition to the HR Adminsitration activities, you will also have the opportunity to support and contribute to other HR processes, initiatives or projects as much as feasible and helpful to grow as HR professional.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, HR, or STEM disciplines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point mandatory )
- Fluent in Italian and in English
- Proactive approach
- Analytical skills with close attention to details
- Collaborative attitude
- Result driven and problem solver
- Previous experience in a similar role will be a plus
- International background and experience, i.e. Erasmus, will be a plus
