What you'll achieve
We put the same vision into optimizing the online user experience as we do in creating game-changing products. This is where our E-Business professionals come into their own. They are industry experts on emerging technology. They manage the development, implementation and coordination of cutting-edge internet marketing strategies while driving strategies that enable merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion and consideration.

You will:

- Define and Drive short and long term product vision, strategy, goal setting and execution for the end to end digital and commerce journey for our gaming customers
Use data and customer insights to find opportunities, track results and drive decision making around website experience
- Demonstrate deep expertise in the areas of eCommerce and digital experiencesTake the first step towards your dream career

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce and/or Online Marketing ( MBA preferred, but not necessary)
- A track record of driving strategy, customer experience, commerce capabilities and performance management for a large scale consumer product at a global scale
- Understand macro-business economics and be able to build actionable business plans and prioritize and categorize in complex and highly matrixed environments
- Proven Leadership in a Fast-Paced, Dynamic Organization: A proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high value objectives. This individual will have the ability to coalesce varied constituents and drive to achieve superior results on a consistent basis.
- Business Building Orientation: possess technical knowledge and business understanding well enough to identify/define direction, requirements & gaps.

Desirable requirements:

- Optimistic, but pragmatic attitude and like working in team/cross-functional settings.
- Excellent communication and exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive
