Umana S.p.A. cerca **CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST**per un'importa azienda del territorio operante nel settore aeronautico.

Ti occuperai di gestire e migliorare l'esperienza del cliente attraverso l'analisi dei feedback, l'implementazione di strategie di marketing e comunicazione, e la creazione di relazioni esterne solide e durature.

**Responsabilità**:

- Definire e realizzare eventi fisici e digitali (nazionali e internazionali)
- Definire le esigenze di budget in collaborazione con la governance delle unità organizzative
- Gestire visite e incontri tra il vertice aziendale e delegazioni e rappresentanti di clienti e istituzioni
- Fornire assistenza al top management in Italia e all'estero nonché alle altre unità organizzative coinvolte
- Sovrintendere all'intero management process degli inviti
- Coordinare gli inviti istituzionali e la partecipazione agli eventi del vertice aziendale
- Seguire la pianificazione e il coordinamento di mostre, eventi e fiere a livello nazionale e internazionale per il Gruppo
- Partecipare alla realizzazione di piani di comunicazione dedicati per la valorizzazione di singole iniziative
- Promuovere e definire iniziative di co-branding e partnership con partecipate, clienti e partner

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea anche triennale meglio se in Lingue / Mediazione Linguistica / Servizi Turistici
- Conoscenza lingue inglese alta
- Preferibile conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
- Esperienza anche mínima settore accoglienza
