**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
Dedicated, detail-oriented Event Specialist with hands-on experience delivering events from concept through flawless execution.
A creative thinker and problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills, and a working knowledge of end-to-end event planning.
This role reports directly to the Live Sites Lead (the consultant overseeing the project) and is responsible for:
- Managing the project implementation schedule.
- Creating and maintaining production documentation, especially the Gantt chart.
- Coordinating calendars for internal meetings and agency touchpoints.
- Serving as the liaison between Foundation departments and the project’s operational agency.
- Working with the Project Manager to plan and track weekly tasks.
- Deliver Live Sites together with the team
- Master plan Live Sites
- Create successful communication strategy for Live Sites
- Follow and manage agency’s team
**Requirements**:
- Attention to detail: meticulously plan and execute, paying close attention to every detail to ensure a flawless experience
- Communication: verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, requirements, and updates to stakeholders, partners, team members, and event agency.
- Problem-Solving: quick and effective problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges during events.
- Time Management: efficiently manage time and resources to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
