**Posizione**:
As Product Owner for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Events Management, you will own the strategic direction, value delivery, and continuous evolution of the organization’s customer data and event-driven engagement capabilities. You will act as the primary authority for product vision, prioritization, and feature outcomes across the product. This role goes well beyond traditional business analysis. You will be accountable for end-to-end product ownership, balancing business strategy, platform capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and delivery execution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, marketing, technology, and data to ensure the product enables meaningful customer insights, scalable engagement, and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Own and evolve the product vision and value proposition for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Events Management.
- Translate enterprise commercial and marketing objectives into a cohesive, scalable product strategy.
- Define how segmentation, consent, journey orchestration, customer profiles, and event lifecycle management should operate across the organization from a product-first perspective.
- Ensure alignment between product vision, business outcomes, and platform capabilities.
Backlog Ownership & Product Alignment
- Act as the single point of accountability for product backlog prioritization and scope decisions.
- Define and maintain high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements that reflect both immediate needs and long-term roadmap goals.
- Balance stakeholder demands with platform constraints, technical dependencies, and value delivery.
Product Leadership & Solution Design
- Guide capability adoption, maturity progression, and platform evolution, with a strong preference for native and scalable solutions.
- Partner closely with architects, developers, and data teams to ensure solution designs align with product intent and long-term sustainability.
- Provide clear direction in ambiguous or complex scenarios.
Delivery & Value Realization
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and adoption.
- Ensure configurations for segmentation, real-time journeys, consent, and event workflows follow best practices and product standards.
- Accept delivered features against defined outcomes and quality expectations.
- Lead complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous optimization efforts.
Continuous Improvement & Roadmap Ownership
- Monitor product performance, data quality, user adoption, and business impact.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation.
- Own and contribute to the long-term roadmap for Customer Insights & Events Management, defining priorities and sequencing initiatives based on value.
- Stay informed on Dynamics 365 roadmap developments and assess relevance for the organization.
