Dematic is looking for a talented Business Controller to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio. He/She will report to the FP&A Manager with focus on controlling and reporting activities.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**What is your role**:
Main tasks:

- Team member of the FP&A Team, Contribute to business plan, Budget, Reporting processes
- HR Finance Partner monitoring of new hires, hiring costs, payroll
- Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis of headcount and Personnel Cost
- Personnel costs analysis: actuals comparison with FC, BDG
- HC /FTE analysis: actuals comparison with FC, BDG
- Reconciliation Oracle/SAP
- Monitor correct classification of personnel costs in P&L
- Have a real passion and enthusiasm for deal management in complex analysis
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics
- **2-3 years **of previous **experience **as Business Controller or in a primary audit company
- Excellent experience of **Microsoft Excel**:

- Fluent in **English **and Italian. French, Spanish or German will be a plus
- Proactivity
- Available for short business travels
