**KWS Italia S.p.A.** is looking for a **Production and Mechanization manager**based in **Forlì**. This position is **full-time** and **unlimited**. They will be responsible for the management and development of field production technicians on technical, personal and team collaboration aspects.

**What you can expect in this role**:

- Responsible of assigned production areas to reach yield, quality and purity goals.
- Project owner of a
dedicated working field.
- Implement the seed production program in line with the
directions, supervising and monitoring all production processes
- Implement high quality assurance measures
- Support all activities related the sugar beet seed
production (nurseries included), cereals and other
projects
- Ensure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity)
- Continuous improvement techniques and process
optimization.
- Area responsibility for a macro production region
- Managing teams and developing team members
according to business targets and company culture
- Ad-hoc process improvement projects and reports as and
when required by the Management.
- Seed production results on stable level for yield
and high-quality
- Implementation of good production techniques and
new technologies
- Shaping the expansion of production areas
depending on various factors in order to guarantee
seed purity.
- Full responsibility for production results and target
achievement.
