We are seeking a talented and proactive professional to join our **Brooks Brothers EU team **based in Milan as a **Production Planning Specialist**. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the success of Brooks Brothers by supporting the efficient planning and management of our production.

**What you’ll do**:

- Design, plan and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with targets, timelines and quality standards.
- Support the coordination of supply chain activities, including purchasing, production, distribution, and warehouse flows.
- Maintain clear, collaborative communication with suppliers to address daily production challenges.
- Prepare and contribute to production reports on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.
- Collaborate with other departments - such as logistics and product development - to streamline the production process.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Approx. 2-3 years of experience in production planning within the fashion industry.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexible and proactive approach.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to contribute to a growing team.
- Clear and effective communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
