Per la nostra consociata **TEA - Gallerie Commerciali IL CENTRO di Arese e PIAZZA PORTELLO** siamo alla ricerca di un/a **Communication e Marketing Specialist **altamente motivato/a, creativo/a e curioso/a.

La risorsa risponderà direttamente al Responsabile Marketing e Comunicazione delle Gallerie Commerciali. Sede di lavoro **Arese (occasionalmente su Milano-Portello).**

**Posizione**:
Sarà coinvolto nella **pianificazione, nell'implementazione e nella gestione di campagne di marketing efficaci e innovative **per le gallerie commerciali di Arese e Portello. Inoltre, dovrà lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di gestione delle gallerie commerciali per garantire una comunicazione coerente e precisa su tutte le attività e **gli eventi delle gallerie.**

**Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di**
- Gestire campagne di marketing efficaci per le gallerie commerciali di Arese e Portello.
- Collaborare con agenzie di comunicazione e uffici stampa per generare contenuti coinvolgenti e pertinenti per i canali di comunicazione online e offline.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di gestione delle gallerie commerciali per pianificare, implementare e supportare la gestione di eventi e attività promozionali nelle gallerie.
- Monitorare e creare report delle varie attività di marketing e comunicazione delle campagne.
- Collaborare con fornitori esterni per produrre materiale di marketing e di comunicazione.
- Supportare nella gestione del budget di marketing e di comunicazione e assicurare il rispetto dei budget assegnati.
- Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata delle tendenze del settore dei centri commerciali e del marketing digitale.
- Scrivere comunicati stampa e copy per i canali social (didascalie, messaggi, post e annunci pubblicitari)

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o un campo correlato.
- Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nel settore del retail o delle agenzie di comunicazione.
- Disponibilità al lavoro sabato, domenica e festivi in occasione di eventi e attività di comunicazione.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e gestionali per coordinare le attività di marketing e di comunicazione.
- Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team e di collaborare con i dipartimenti interni ed esterni.
- Capacità di scrittura e competenze di copywriting.
- Forte orientamento ai risultati e attenzione ai dettagli.
