What you will do

Reporting directly to the GM and interfacing with the various corporate functions involved, including R&D and Production, the resource will follow the entire product life cycle, from development to market launch.

Main responsibilities:

- Conducting market intelligence analysis
- Understand and define current market segmentation and relative product positioning
- Identify potential portfolio gaps, both with respect to competitors and new market opportunities
- Conduct the life cycle management process of the product(s)
- Plan appropriate measures (e.g. improvements, cost reductions, phase-outs).
- make decisions on product obsolescence
- act as an interface between the external market and internal functions
- Contributing to the development of new products
- Prioritise new product development projects with responsibility for achieving objectives (product characteristics, timing, costs, capital expenditure, reimbursement).

What you need to succeed

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- Preferable experience as Product Manager in companies in the HVAC sector
- Good knowledge of controlled mechanical ventilation systems
- Experience in the creation of new products in close contact with the R&D department
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of Excel
