The European headquarters are located in Nieuw-Vennep, the Netherlands.
The Construction Machinery Department in Italy is looking for a Service Area Manager to be in charge of giving technical support to some Italian dealers, under the direct responsibility of the Service Manager.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Stimulating the dealer network to understand, adopt and realize Kubota's strategies for after sales service;
- Handling technical inquiries and supporting Italian dealers service staff on Construction Machinery product range;
- Acting as an interface between the dealers and factories;
- Visiting assigned dealers on regular basis to share skills and to support local service staff, if necessary, also directly on the field;
- Collecting problem reports related to our products and preparing relevant statistics to share internally and to submit to factories with the main objective to improve Kubota’s products quality and reliability;
- Exchanging on the daily basis with other service members, sharing abilities and field experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Electric and Hydraulic; preferred experience related to earth moving machinery;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Experience in dealer support/management;
- Fluency in Italian and English is required;
- Proficiency with MS Office package
- Strong communication and decision making skills;
- Team-work attitude
- Ability to share knowledge and skills; previous experience in conducting trainings would be an asset;
- Willingness to travel (Italy and Europe), even for longer periods of time.
