**Posizione**:
Are you ready to lead critical ground operations for the launch of the VEGA C rocket? Join our team as a **Ground Segment Engineering Manager**, where your expertise will ensure seamless integration between cutting-edge ground infrastructure and the launch vehicle.

In this role, you will:
1.Define interface requirements between the launch vehicle and ground systems.

2.Oversee the qualification status of ground systems in operation, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.

3.Manage configuration changes and resolve anomalies affecting ground systems.

4.Collaborate with space agency qualification authorities to secure approvals and maintain compliance.

This position requires strong **communication and interpersonal skills** to collaborate with clients, teams, and regulatory authorities. You must excel in **problem-solving**, **attention to detail**, and **decision-making** under pressure. A proactive approach, combined with excellent **organizational and leadership skills**, will be essential for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful outcomes.

You will hold a pivotal role, directly responsible for the success of ground operations essential to VEGA C launches. **Requisiti**:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent

Work experience: 5+ years in aerospace, automotive, telecommunication industries

Available for travel to Guyana for 2/3 weeks in preparation of the launch campaign:
Excellent knowledge of English
