Unit Manager Production Planner BHE
BHE Manufacturing in San Bonifacio provides BHE Heat Exchangers to customers mainly through pressing, brazing, assembling and testing processes. We are searching for a Unit Planning Manager to reinforce our organization and strongly contribute to improve the overall manufacturing performance.
The position will report to BHE Factory Manager.
Your challenge
Develop, drive and coordinate the planning department.
You will be responsible for securing that the orders meet short to mid term goals and customer expectations.
Actively communication with Business Unit and sales companies.
Monitor production KPIs.
Secure ALPS / Lean Six Sigma and other initiatives in the Supply Unit chain, supporting Problem Solving & Improvement activities.
Personal profile & qualifications
Economic or engineer degree with at least 4-5 years of experience.
You are:
- A Result driven leader who likes to be out in the factory
- Able and committed to use improvement tools, eg 5S, Six Sigma
- Good in problems analysis
- Fluent in English
- MS Office and PC smart user
- Good in empowering and developing others
- Good in building and manteining relationships
- Flexible team player,with integrity, decisiveness and stress tolerance
