E-commerce Analyst and Control Tower Support

Position Summary

Job Purpose

We are Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our e-commerce team as an E-commerce Analyst across all products categories (AV, HA, IT and MX).

This Internship will give the opportunity to gain experience in processing analytics and building reports to support online business growth.
Furthermore, the role will be supporting the E-commerce Digital Strategist as a control tower on Promotional initiatives across all Sales Division in the traditional retail Channel, ensuring alignment, monitoring and coordination.

Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports tracking sales and e-commerce KPI (Traffic, AOV, CVR);

Managing reports, coordinating all different stakeholders to ensure accurate and high-level business analysis and projects;

Online/Offline market analysis development and report production to study market, products trend and competitive dynamics;

Daily update and management of database in order to maintain and develop internal reporting;

Act as a coordinator (Control Tower) across all traditional sales division (AV, HA, IT MX), ensuring visibility and alignment on promotional initiatives;

Support E-promoter Projects, liasing with e-store Sales teams to validate and align promotional responses with current offers and strategies;

Generate presentation for Management meeting.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Bachelor degree in Management Engineering, Management or similar;

Strong communication and relational skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to handle multiple inputs and coordinate across functions;

Interest in digital sales and consumer experience;

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

Fluent in English and Italian;

Nice to have: knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Power BI.

Starting Month: JUNE 2025
