In qualità di Sales Operation Specialist, riporterai direttamente al Customer Care/Sales Operation Manager, svolgendo un ruolo cruciale nel garantire operazioni senza intoppi, fornire un supporto efficace ai clienti B2B e identificare le opportunità di vendita..

**Attività principali**:

- Assistenza cliente BtoB, tramite diversi canali: telefono, mail, chat
- Ricerca di opportunità di vendita “inespressa”
- Attività di back office (creazione offerte, gestione reclami..)
- Data entry: inserimento e controllo di ordini e resi; inserimento e aggiornamento anagrafiche clienti
- Precedente esperienza in ambito impiegatizio/ Servizio Clienti
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e dimestichezza con vari tool digitali e CRM
- Diploma di scuola media superiore/Laurea triennale
- Precisione e accuratezza
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a svolgere diverse attività (multitasking)
