PDF is seeking an Italy based Sales Account Manager or higher to grow market position in Europe by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in the semiconductor and adjacent industries.
- Drive revenue growth through planning and executing the Company’s business plans.
- Direct account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

While this position has been posted in Germany, it may be filled in any European Union country.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Forge strong ties to the decision makers at customer.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals
- Manage PDF Europe business activities including Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Customer Support
- Manage all aspects of the business operations in Europe by working closely with the headquarters team
- Prepare annual sales plan, marketing plan and strategies that align with PDF annual company objectives
- Leverage headquarters support teams to meet Europe objectives; be a team player
- Maintain and enhance the PDF worldwide reputation as a trusted advisor to our clients
- Locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers and discovering and exploring opportunities
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing fit with PDF values, strategies, deal requirements, potential, and long-term value to the organization
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Ambassador for PDF products
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors.
- Frequent travel required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Minimum ten years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business sales environment.
- Deep domain expertise in fabless semiconductor operations, including test operations and yield management
