Job Description**
What will you take care of?**

Our Central Logistic Department is looking for someone to join the team. He / She will be the one who manage:

- The customer relationship with the DC Country/Sales Units of the Group about delivery topics.
- Contact-person for any requirements from the internal customers about customer orders deliveries.
- Interface between the internal logistics organization and the internal customers of the Sales / Country Units.
- Collect and elaborate data for periodic updated reports about delivery performance.
- Manage prompt and complete feedback to internal customers about their customers’ orders and deliveries.

**Experience cooperation**: You will therefore be involved in a continuous team-working with the internal functions with customers service & production and sales department.
**Experience internationality**: You will have daily relations with our Internal customers from all the country units (CU) worldwide (Americas, Europe & Asia)

Qualifications**
What distinguishes you?**
**Education**: Master or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business management or Economics.
**Experience and know-how**: Experience in order management and production in manufacturing planning function in complex organizations (such as customer order processing, production planning, procurement, and dispatching). Good knowledge and understanding of supply chain requirements planning (Material and Production Planning).
**Working Method**: You will work in a structured and reliable environment with a great initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving attitude.
**Personality**: You are a dynamic, goal-oriented person who like challenges with a strong desire to succeed and a customer-obsession mindset is critical for this role. Ability to interact well with internal and external customers, excellent oral and written communication skills.
**Languages**: Mandatory fluent in Italian and English. German will be a plus.
