In ottica di un potenziamento del proprio organico della sede di Rivoli (TO), Retex ricerca un **Senior Client Manager.**

**Responsabilità chiave**
- Partecipare nelle fasi di definizione dell'ambito (scope) e degli obiettivi di progetto;
- Collaborare nelle fasi di verifica con i referenti specialisti in materia di compliance funzionale e fattibilità técnica della soluzione condivisa;
- Supportare i colleghi dell’area sales nelle fasi di presentazione di nuove progettualità;
- Contribuire nella redazione del piano di progetto e monitorare lo stato d'avanzamento delle sue attività affinché siano in linea con la timeline;
- Mostrare ownership verso le attività assegnate, rispettare le scadenze e porsi con spirito collaborativo verso gli altri membri del team;
- Monitorare le attività running nell'area di propria competenza, utilizzando strumenti e tecnologie appropriate;
- Monitorare il livello di soddisfazione del cliente e intervenire se necessario con opportune azioni correttive collaborando anche con altri enti aziendali coinvolti.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale
- Passione per il settore Retail
- Consolidata conoscenza delle principali metodologie di project management all’interno di contesti IT strutturati
- Esperienza con clienti in ambito GDO/GDS
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €25.000,00 - €60.000,00 all'anno
